The Tennessee War was a war fought between the New Confederate States of America and the AGC from 2008 to 2012. In 2003, the young New Confederate States began to expand into Tennessee and North Carolina. The expansion attracted the attention of the AGC. In 2008, the AGC sent troops to prevent the NCSA's expansion. By 2011, the goal of the AGC became to destroy the NCSA. In 2012, the AGC's President Samuel S. Johnson died, stirring political chaos. By this time, the NCSA was at the edge of collapse.
Following the war, the people of the NCSA were heavily demoralized. In 2018, Joseph Evans was elected president, promising a time of change and healing. His inspiring speeches led to the rebuilding of the country.
